Games not working

I have no problem logging into the site and when I go to the gaming section my profile comes up but my points have been set back to zero and on selecting a game to play the screen comes up blue and the game doesn't load.

I have tried logging out and back in, I have cleared down the cookies within my browser, I have used two different browers Firefox and Windows Internet Explorer to try and connect, checked that the flash player is the latest version, shutdown and restarted my computer, run a clean-up program (Tune-Up Utilities) and virus scan on my computer. But the gaming section is still not working I have even checked another game website and the games were working fine on that site.

I have noticed that the left panel where a banner is usually displayed showing various games is blank but all other aspects of the gaming page appear to be working fine such as the advertisement.

It appears that it's only the UK site that is having problems as I can play the games in the US region using the username NEWBIE but cannot log in under my user name.

Is any one else having the same problem
