Ghost Hunters on Syfy UK!

hiya taps chick, weve been watching g.h for a year or so now and theyve just come to a sudden stop. ive searched the internet for signs of when theyll be coming back but i keep getting a load of american listings. does anyone have any idea when g.h will be returning on our channels we r really missing it. weve been watching them on bio,living and living it and theyve just recently started to show lots of repeats theres still hundreds of episodes that havent been shown on our channels so can someone tell us when we will be seeing more pleeeeease!

I've never seen GH on Syfy UK... EVER! The new episodes are out August 24th and we can't watch them because our Syfy doesn't air Ghost Hunters :(

It is, but it's usually repeats of episodes... What I want is GH to be on Syfy so I can watch the premiers and the GH marathon every Wednesday night in America... In America, the new episodes premier on 24th August, and I can't watch it because our Syfy doesn't have GH... I want to be able to watch the premiers along with the Americans!

Even if SyFy had the rights, there's no way it would be simultaneously broadcast. The only time I can think of where that happened was when Sky One showed the Lost finale at the same time as the US - which was at some stupid time in the morning for us!

Is the "marathon" not a bunch of repeats strung together? Couldn't you just record the eps and make your own?

But I mostly just want to see the new episodes

Surely it's Sky that needs to "get their act together"?

I live in the UK as well and I'm an American to boot and I really miss how TV shows are aired there. I just happened on a site on the web that shows a lot of old and new American shows. All are shown as episodes and advert free. I stumbled on this site cuz I wanted to watch TV on my new tablet. I pay the monthly cost which is 6 quid but, there are other options as well. Now to the exciting news is that this site has all of season 7 in order of course and if you wanted to you coul watch the whole season in 1 long marathon. I will put the name of the site here but, if for some reason it's removed you can msg me for it. The site is jetflicks.com. I freakin love the site cuz as I said you can watch a lot of old and current American TV programming. I hope this helps.

Not every show on SyFy US goes to the UK channel - perhaps they may get a "mate's discount", but if someone else wants to pay more, then they get the show. I do feel that the programmers can't win: no Ghost Hunters, the people that like that sort of thing complain; put it on and a bunch of other folk complain.

So glad to hear that I'm not the only one missing this programme. I've seen every old episode several times over on SkyLivingIt !!!!!!
All GH fans should voice their opinions to SyFy UK. Surely they should listen or don't they care about their viewers ??????

Season 8 has indeed started and it is on jetflicks.com. 1st episode Roller Ghoster. For £6 and some change you can still watch all of S7 in between S8 episodes. It's so great and there are many other things to watch. Ghost Adventures is on as well. It's worth the money,if you can play it that is.Most new tablets and laptops have HDMI outputs to plug into HD TV's so you can watch on TV as well..

So from what i have read Sky living are not airing any more GHunters??? or GAdventures???

Just bombarding us with repeats wow talk about getting your moneys worth. It obviously has a good following in the uk why be cheap about it!

I always thought it should be aired on Syfy uk anyway its there flagship show well turned out to be then we could watch the lives too.

Im from the uk, an just went on my sky nevermiss (Im sure you need your sky details to register) and it says season 7 is coming soon in 2012. Plus they email you the week before the program starts, giving you enough time to put it in your planner....if you have sky+ that is. Hope this helps. x

Yup, my hubby and i are in uk, and the whole family love Ghost hunters, Much better than Most haunted over here. W want to see te latest series too. so Series 7 is coming out soon? They have just shown series 8 in America havent they?

Anyone know if Virgin has anything similar to sky Never miss? :/

We're in same boat we've been watching ghost hunters n then ghost hunter academy until mid April on Skylivit and they have just stopped. We have been trying to find out how to watch the other series but no idea. Hopefully virgin will have same sort of service as never miss that sky do.

Hi all. exactly the same concern here also.. just wanted to clear a point made about jetflicks.com in a post above. Yes it looks a good alternative but you need to have a USA registered credit card to access any of the series links.. so no good for the majority of the UK..
