  • MY 4YEAS OLD BOY LOVE THIS SHOW NEVER MISS A EPISODE BUT HE HATE THE HOOD COOL SHOW

  • In reply to I don't want to offend anyone, but why is a show like this still running when a show like firefly has been cancelled?

  • In a time when just about anything can look possible and beleivably realistic with the use of computer wizardy and technical innovation, Thunderbirds is without doubt testament to the genius, passion and imagination of Gerry Anderson and his remarkable team. Over 40 years after being enthralled by every black and white tv screening, I feel even more amazed that with the passage of time and the blockbuster film and tv sci-fi that we have all become accustomed to, that I still get the same thrill when those opening credits roll and Barry Grays immortal theme tune blasts out from the speakers. Even more surprising, is that my 14 year old son, a lad very much of his time and fully absorbed into the world of XBox, Playstation and Wii, watches with the same admiration at how much was so realistically achieved with so little. Indeed, timeless, classic, creative, imaginative and above all as entertaining now as it was in the sixties. Thank you Gerry and everyone who made Thunderbirds and other productions such a memorable part of growing up. Philip - Blackpool.

  • THUNDERBIRDS SUDOKU is now live in our game centre. To be one of the first to leave a high score on this brand new game head over to gamecentre.scifi.co.uk

  • I agree Thunderbirds is still brillant, watched it for being a child now 46 years never get tired of watching -even better now Dvd with mixed 5.1 Sound. Most of Gerry's shows are excellent -just a pity The Secret Service was cancalled after 13 shows.

  • Still as good as it was 44 years ago ! a timeless piece of Childrens TV yet to be surpassed ! I don't think many know how ground breaking these shows were, for special effects, puppetry and technical inovation for the TV industry. Especially Stingray, which was first TV show in the UK to be filmed in colour.
