The water that Terek (Craig Stanghetta) provides to the Cantons proves to be contaminated and has already claimed countless victims.& nbsp; Flash (Eric Johnson) arrives at the Deviate settlement to warn Terek just as a group of angry Turin attack.  Flash takes responsibility for distributing the water, but the Turin are bent on revenge.  Flash convinces them to allow him to search for an antidote, but they force him to drink the tainted water before departing as an incentive to succeed.
