Blood Drive

Blood Drive mashes together the style of Mad Max, the attitude of Tarantino, and the guilty-pleasure gore of a midnight flick in celebration of the Grindhouse genre. It’s a high-octane, highly-stylized TV show, where the premise is outrageous, characters are bizarre and the world is a gory dystopia.

About Blood Drive

Blood Drive mashes together the style of Mad Max, the attitude of Tarantino, and the guilty-pleasure gore of a midnight flick in celebration of the Grindhouse genre. It’s a high-octane, highly-stylized TV show, where the premise is outrageous, characters are bizarre and the world is a gory dystopia. Every episode pays homage to a different sub-genre of Grindhouse. Other themes explored through the season include forbidden love, personal ethics vs. survival instincts, self-sacrifice, and corporate greed

Unlike any other show, Blood Drive brings the Grindhouse genre to television in the most outrageous way possible. Each episode transports the audience into a unique orgy of unapologetic action, violence, sex and general absurdity, both celebrating and pushing the genre forward for a modern audience. It’s inappropriate, over-the-top, and quite simply the most dangerous show on TV.
